Linton Estates is located off Linton Road which is North of Nick Davis Road.    Linton Estates has a pool.   The subdivision was originally part of the overall master plan for The Meres.   However, the Meres was taken over by the bank and they sold the land.    Linton Estates was developed from that sale.    The newest phase is being built by Winter Homes.
