Homes In Caldera Ridge - Athens Alabama
The subdivision was developed by Lynn Persell. Phase one of the subdivision contains homes starting around 1500 square feet. Lynn Persell and EMW Construction, Inc. were the primary builders in phase 1. Phase 1 does not have an HOA.
The majority of the lots in Phase II of the subdivision was sold to Legacy Premier Homes, Inc. Homes in Phase II are larger than Phase I homes. Most of the homes in Phase II have a 3 car garage. Phase II has an active HOA, a lake with a walking trail, street lights.
Both phases are curb and gutter, underground utilities. The subdivision does not have side walks.
Directions: From highway 72 East from Athens turn right on Newby Road. Then take a right into Caldera Drive.
