The Winn team is proud to be representing Legacy Premier Homes, Inc. in the four subdivisions. Legacy Grove with new homes starting in the 200's. The Arbors with new homes starting in the 150's. Canebrake Colony with new homes starting in the 170's. Newby Plantation with new homes starting in the 180's.

The Arbors a subdivision in Madison Alabama and East Limestone School District is offering special financing program with Bank of America. This program provides for total move in cost of less than $1800.00 and no payment for two months!!! The financing is available for a limited time and you must qualify with Bank of America.
